Merry Christmas, ya filthy animal…

Well, as Kevin McAlister would say, “That’s it, no turning back. Another Christmas in the trenches.” Lol

Christmas 2014 has come and gone, and I don’t know where the time went but it’s long gone.we spent most of the time in the car, but managed to see both my family and EverSoLightly’s which was nice.

My mom came up and spent the weekend with us. She cooked ham and potatoes and carrots for us on Friday since we didn’t get to have dinner on Christmas. We had a nice mellow holiday and are so grateful we got to spend time with our families.

Not sure what our plans for new years eve will be… we usually attend a party but are looking for something new to do. Maybe we’ll have friends over or something… who knows.

This Christmas season we were lucky enough to see the garden d’lights as well as a fantastic performance of A Christmas Story at the 5th ave AND A Christmas Carol at the ACT Theater.

I feel pretty confident we found the perfect gifts for everyone in EverSoLightly’s family, which is saying something because I’ve never really been sure what to get his dad, or any if the other SOs.

His older sister, Erika, and her boyfriend found probably the coolest gift ever, a travel hammock! We can’t wait to give it a try!

I hope you all had a lovely time with your loved ones!
